Pan-Roasted Chicken Breast


Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp butter

- 3 cloves garlic, crushed

- Fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage leaves, to taste


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.


3. Generously season chicken breasts with Gooder Than A Mug Seasoned Salt on both sides.


4. Sear chicken breasts in the hot skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.


5. Add butter, crushed garlic, and fresh herbs to the skillet.


6. Tilt the skillet and spoon melted butter over the chicken breasts to baste and infuse flavor.


7. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and roast chicken for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).


8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
